Full Refunds are approved if you notify us more than 24 hours that you would like to cancel.

If you are scheduled for a class and notify us more than 24 hours, we can reschedule for another date without penalties.

If you are signed up for a Lactation Consultation and fail to attend the zoom, you will not be refunded. We understand the breastfeeding dyad is tough to coordinate, and things happen. If you notify us more than 24 hours that you need to reschedule, will allow you to reschedule one time. before refusing any refunds if you continue to reschedule.

If you fail to notify us less than 24 hours, you will not receive a refund.
