From your 2nd to your 3rd trimester, we have classes for you!
The 'Early Pregnancy class' and the 'Mid Pregnancy class' can be taken at your own time anywhere. (Coming!)
Our 'Childbirth Education Class' is a LIVE class and focuses on what to expect in early and active labor and some postpartum issues. Information packed using a slideshow with videos and lots of images to help with understanding.
This class is available in PERSON and virtually using ZOOM.

Using a slideshow ,we break down the stages of labor and go into detail on different techniques you’ll need to get through each stage of labor and after birth! We will give you a behind the scenes approach that is realistic and down to earth. Even if you want an epidural, don’t worry this class is still for you!
One coach encouraged to attend with you (not necessary though).
