A. We are not in-network with any insurance company at this time. We suggest contacting your insurance carrier in advance to see if out-of-network lactation services are covered by your plan, and if so, what is the rate. Reimbursement varies by carrier and plan. We can supply you with a Superbill, or a form/receipt for services rendered upon request. Currently, payment is out of pocket and necessary prior to the consult.
