CPR Parties

Are you the new parent, babysitter, grandparent, friend or sibling of a young child or infant? Have you ever worried that you might not know how to respond if that child is ever in danger? CPR is a great start to providing the best first line defense in an emergency. Essentially, being trained in CPR is a must for anyone in contact with children.

This class will teach you how to identify an emergency, respond to it, perform rescue breathing, perform CPR, how to help a choking child/infant, and when to notify Emergency Medical Services. Each student will practice on manikins.

Let our instructors come to YOUR HOME and get you trained in the privacy of your own home*? Check out our “CPR Parties”- you host your own party, have at least 4 people, and just set the date!

Becoming Certified
You can just take the training for your information, or you can also become certified. We offer two types of Certifications: through American Red Cross (ARC) or American Heart Association (AHA). If you are looking to certify for your job, ask your employer which certification you will need. Generally, those working in the medical field require American Heart Association certification and all others use American Red Cross.

Are you interested in having the instructors come to YOUR HOME and you get trained in the privacy of your own home? Or are you a facility that needs your employees trained and certified? All we need is a minimum of 4 people, and just set the date! Call us at 718.ten.toes or email us and we can get you started.

To become certified under Red Cross and receive a Certificate of Completion, you must successfully pass the course, and obtain an 80% or higher on the test at the end of the class. Each certificate is valid for 2 years.
